Join Elizabeth, Kelly, and Brittany as we discuss our experiences of letting grief set the pace and explore the balance between mourning and dancing and the process of acceptance in grief.  We share openly on the various challenges of learning to move through grief and to begin the agonizing process of integrating loss into your body and spirit.

Takeaways from this episode include –

  • Be patient with yourself as your grief unfolds.

  • The importance of embracing emotions and allowing yourself to feel & release them

  • The concept of acceptance and eventually gaining a new perspective on loss

  • Our personal experience that there is no “right” way to grieve
