As a leader, you will be the one who is helping to make sure that each couple has the resources and tools they need to support each other through their grief. You'll also be leading small groups where couples meet together in community with other couples who are experiencing similar losses. These groups help couples find support, encouragement, and healing as they navigate their grief—and they can also be a great place for them to share their story with someone who understands what they're going through.

When you're in the midst of your healing journey after loss, it can be overwhelming to find the right words to say to your significant other. It can also be difficult to know where to begin when trying to start a conversation about how you're feeling.

The goal of this consecration is to provide you with the appropriate tools for having meaningful and supportive conversations after loss in the privacy of your home. The consecration guide helps you create a space for communication after loss, and the questions that are included give you an opportunity to start talking about what's happening between you and your partner. In a small group, couples will come together as a group of couples who can lean on one another for support and encouragement during their healing process.
